We’re a fun + friendly neighborhood barbecue spot—fired up by slow smoke, bold flavors, and serving good times for all. Our style blends a nod to the classics, our northeast roots, and whatever playful, flavorful ideas we’re excited to serve—from here, there, and everywhere —served up share-style, piled high, and ready to share.
The bar keeps the good times flowing with vermont’s best beers, a small-but-mighty cocktail list, and handcrafted refreshers. It’s all served with a fun, relaxed, + carefree vibe in our 100+ year-old farmhouse on the edge of the winooski river.
